I saw your post on CapetownII's page. I see you have just joined BodySpace. Wish you the best in your bodybuilding goals! It's great to see you are a fellow believer in Christ. He IS who He said He was. Keep focused by setting goals and be determined to follow thru...and encouragement from others certainly helps!

Hey, thanks....you're looking good, yourself. This Saturday the 16th will be the 2 month mark of the program I've been doing and have actually stuck with. The weighlifting has helped tighten up my muscles and I do walk most every day for 30min (half of it up some fairly steep hills here where I live) but need help in the cardio area to burn off more of the fat around the mid section. What, for you, has helped burn off the fat?
