Why I Love It:
Release all the stresses of the day. Always feel like a million bucks when I leave the gym. Used to train primarily for strength. Now it is mostly for a hardcore pump

When I first began lifting I tried every workout in all the magazines with little to some success.  What I learn overtime and doing so many different excercises and workout programs is that I took pieces from all the one's I had tried and develop a training schedule that optimized my growth...
