How I Started: I wanted to look better, so I bought a cheap weight set to use at home. Then when I went to Purdue University, a buddy really got me into working out and teaching me the basic fundamentals.
Why I Love It: I love to see my body change for the better, and I love to watch the fat melt away.
How I Stay Motivated: Look in the mirror and criticise myself.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to stay in about the 225-230lb range with body fat % at or less than 10%.
Goal (Long): After getting my body fat down to about 10%, I want to keep it there and I would be upset if I gained weight aslong as my bodyfat doesn't go up.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb

I finally had my wife take some pictures of me so I could post them. I have to admit, those pictures definately have given me the motivation to start doing a lot more cardio and to finally get my body fat % out of the high teens and down to 'hopefully' no higher than 10%. I NEED some definition!!!!!

Nice pics. Much better. Not a bad photographer am I? Sorry you can't update this page as much as you'd like with your promotion, but way to go. Just an update for everyone else, his body fat is WAY down. I think it's going a bit faster than he thought it would. Keep up the great work, you hunk.

I ment that your arm is so huge that you need more barb wire to go around the arm. My shoulder still hurts. I think I'm gonna put off shoulders until Friday.
