Dysfunqtional is inspired by big blind jay. Reason: "He still has the passion to workout even though he cannot see his progress. I know I would probably have given up with lifting. Props to him... " - 9:09 am - Comment
He still has the passion to workout even though he cannot see his progress. I know I would probably have given up with lifting. Props to him, very inspirational.
thnx for the comment you left on my pic about my legs getting more muscular...im working sooo hard at getting them hard and defined. anywho, good luck with your goals!! you already are rocking a sweet adonis belt. those make me melt
I'm not at 210 yet, but I expect a slow recomp. I need to put a new pic up. On the flip side my strength is going on up son...going to be in the 1200 club soon!
The Challenge is still on...just post a link to your update pic in the blog, along with any updates to your goals, and I'll take care of it from there. The next Challenge date will be June 22nd...it never ends!
Man, if I could workout for free in a gym...I probably would. Working out at home is nice, but there's some things I'd like to do in a gym. Sounds like you have a good setup there with the job, man. Do you have any experience selling used cars? That would come in handy to work at a gym :)
I hope you find motivation in your progress. That's what motivates me. You've got a really good start. Education is the key...there's lots of good info here. Good luck to you!
It really depends on where my starting point is. If I let myself go for a while, it might take about 16 weeks to get in "decent" shape. But I'm pretty hardcore with the diet side things, so that really helps.
