well, i haven't done one of these yet. i was just sitting here in between training clients. i only live five minutes from the gym so i decided i would come back for a few and eat some tuna, pizza, and pasta... hey i'm in the off season. its time to get big ya know.
Hey Ryan, You're doing a good job with the lifting so keep it up! As for meeting the right woman, just give it time. I have found that the harder I look the less likely I am to succeed. It is when you least expect it that she'll show up.
