My big brother started working out and i thought i might give it a try and hope that i will be bigger then him and yea my big bro help me with my workouts and my diet to and i also have a coach at my school who used to be a pro bodybuilder its awsome!!
Why I Love It:
Cause i love the attention i get from being so big and have fun doing it at the same time!!
How I Stay Motivated:
By just thinking that i will get better everytime i do my workouts and i do and i fell great at the end of them!

what's up, man! my advise 4 u is to take a lot of proteins (with meat and shakes). Also try L-glutamine for faster recovery and creatine to be stronger. Good luck!
