I eat whatever I want

I eat whatever I want.  Most of it are junk and unhealthy food.  It is all about portions.  As long as I'm burning off more Calories than I am consuming, I am still able to drop a tremendous amount of weight and get sculpted. 

I eat one meal a day.  I cannot stand that bandwagon of eating 6 meals a day to lose weight.  No scientific studies have yet to back that lame crap.  People need to stop thinking that having 6 meals a day is the only way to lose weight.

SaxonWarrior 6 meals a day is the recommended amount if your either want to maintain a healthy weight or to gain mass. I eat to be strong and to support muscle recovery and only eat once a day. I drink a glass of milk pre-workout and 25g of cheese post-workout then nothing until 4pm and I eat plenty of quality protein, vegetables and minimal carbs until 8pm. Jan 1, 2013 7:56am
