How I Started:
Learned about aerobic fitness and flexibility while assisting a Winter Guard. Started running and muscle endurance to join the Marines. Started resistance training for strength, power, and muscular endurance for rugby.
Why I Love It:
I always want to improve. I enjoy the educating myself through study, and application. The feeling of sweating, and burning, the endorphins.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself and the people around me.
With this site, I will keep my stats public, and keep myself honest.
BB Accomplishments:
I plan to compete in the future.

was stuck at 234 for a long time, now I'm at 232 :). Seems like I'm getting some definition in my arms but then again it might be my imagination because its not visible. Yourself? Your already accomplished though lol. I just hope my muscle gain doesn't put me at a standstill again :\
Thanks for answering, and the offer to help. Could you tell me how much cardio is too much? I am trying to lose body fat, while building muscle.Should I focus on 1 first? Love your skeleton!
