i don't really directly train my abs, the most i work them is during chin ups and pull ups, but they seem to work pretty good for me, for my diet i eat pretty much anything i want to, i drink alot of milk though and no soda, i dunno if that'll help you or not but it's worth a shot, good luck, from powell co

What's your problem dude? You have a serious power trip. You have given me a few infractions. Does it make you feel powerful to be able to do that? Very sensitive of you to get all butt hurt over someone posting fruit. REALLY does a piece of fruit bother you that much? If so, why does it bother you so much? I mean, it's just some fruit. Does it bother you that a certain race likes a certain fruit and someone posts that fruit? Does it bother you that bad? If it does, seek therapy.

i would definitely recommend it! almost all of the videos are about an hour long, except ab ripper x is only 15. it comes with a nutrition plan, a fitness guide, and the 12 dvd's.
