How I Started:
I had been working out daily prior to arriving in Iraq. My job originally involved a great deal of traveling in theater and I did not have the time to develop or keep to my original workout schedule.
Why I Love It:
Strenght gains (going up a plate), the feeling you get after you can barely clench your fist on a good work out day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Intrinsic desire to re-attain my physique prior to Iraq.

Addidas running pants, t-shirt, gloves. I'm not there to pick up chics and I'm not there to show off. I'm there to get the best work out I can and focus on that 100%.
