Good for fitness, makes me look great, and builds confidence - I love talking smack.

Having others involved in workout as well as seeing the "gains" from continual work outs.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm starting to see tone and shape developing in my body. I want to continue and increase these results.

Goal (Long):
Ultimately, I want to have a lean, defined body, benching around 200-250lbs, with about 10% body fat. This would achieve all around fitness and health. Also, I want it to be an established routine, ie, something that I can maintain with enough ease and yet still effecient.
