How I Started:
i was an all-american triple and long jumper in high school, and i was in college too..im still in school but ive tired myself of living the college athlete lifestyle. I just want to finish my bachelors, have a good life, and lift a little weights in between.
Why I Love It:
working out coincides with meditation.to me at least.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing my results without using test boosters,prohormones, and especially anabolic steroids. also knowing that getting my WNBF pro card will only become closer to me the harder i train and diet.

me and my workout partner started lifting together and we are the same age..we have made relatively close results and motivate eachother...we keep bitch points too

my split is 4 on 1 off, day1 chest/tris,2back/bis/forearms, 3shoulders/traps,4legs then 1 day off and start all over again. i do abs every other day w minimal cardio. i lift 4-8 reps on just about every lift and 8-12reps on isolation excercises. i eat every 2-3 hours lots of protein and few carbs. what do you think? i just decreased my bench max but increased my squat so im a little down but happy lol. any way hit me back, thanks
in off season...trying to gain a nice steady 1 to 1.5 lbs per week with 2 week cut cycles after 6 week bulk cycles..taking 2 years off then stepping back onstage in 2012 hbu man?
