i am currently deployed to afghanistan. i dont really like the way i look so i decided i needed to do something about it. when i was deployed to iraq i was working out on a regular basis but i stopped when i returned home. now i have to work even harder to get back to where i was but this time im going to stick to it when i get back home.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of working your muscles till they fail. and i love being strong and looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
i work out with 2 of m buddies. i like competing with them on reps and weight. were smart about it though.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
