Get gains fast!

To put it simply, I want to gain as much muscle mass as possible. I also want to lose the fat around my stomach.

I want to be lean and solid...3% body fat.

Our show in 2010 is on on August 7th. It is a NANBF & Pro Qualifier for the IFPA. In 2011 we will be a Pro AM Show. We also have a show in June, on the 19th. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Years!

I want to gain muscle and gett stronger for my senior year of football. If anybody has any tips on how to get mass please tell me.

Don't relax after marriage... ;- )Get lean and add muscle. Treat them mean keep them keen.
