this was tacking when i just got back from the gym, 76kgs and 2 percent bodyfat
need to get better nutrition advise for bigger gains.

The home gym is the way to go. If you start with a squat cage, you can inexpensively add a high pulley. Then you can use chains to add weight incrementally and inexpensively. I've had all kinds of fancy equipment over the years but a solid squat cage & a quality adjustable bench will serve you well forever! Great training, al
