smoovp2 Very good start; from the pics it look like you are headed down the right path. Don't get discouraged as the weight loss begins to slow. Just make tweaks to your diet and the fat will continue to roll. When your ready to sustain long term results begin consuming protein daily . If you run into me at the gym don't hesitate to speak.
