Background
Worked out on and off since high school, but more recently got back into it when my youngest brother talked me into rejoining the gym.
I like feeling better, looking better, and having more energy than I've ever had.

My routine varies from this day to day,but this is my basic layout:
Day 1: chest, triceps, abs
Day 2: legs, calves
Day 3: shoulders, traps
Day 4: back, calves
Repeat...back to day 1!
Usually I take friday off
