How I Started:
I realized that my body had a lot of potential, and that I had never made a solid attempt at doing anything about it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel and look great! I get a rush of confidence and power every time I lift, and it makes me not want to stop!
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results and get compliments, and know that I'm going to surprise people who always knew me as the little guy, and girls that referred to me as just cute. I want to blow them all away with my progress!
BB Accomplishments:
Finally topped 180lbs in body weight, as well as 200lbs on bench press. Visibly defined abs!
Found this picture and had to add it to show my gains in roughly a year. I was dressed up for a play, so don't judge my outfit haha. But DAMN was I a little guy!
This guy has put in his time and gotten some pretty solid results, and he took the time to help me out and answer a couple questions I had. I hope to get the kind of results he has. Best of luck!
So today is day one of week 6 of the "new" Me. I can honestly say that I am proud of my efforts and results thus far. I've been on work out kicks in my past, but I would usually end up fizzling out after two weeks or so, and lose my motivation.

Sounds good man. And about gaining the mass and keeping it, its all about the diet really no matter how hard you workout. Its going really good for me im getting ripped and ready for the summer!
No problem man...Lookin ripped...Great work! For chest I like to keep it heavy...My favorites are flat bench, incline dumbbells, and decline dumbbells. I also throw cables in at the end.
