When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
My Dr told me I was not going to make it another 30 years. I was 330+ lbs,I had been an avid smoker for 8 years, smoking 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day and I would drink hard liquor 2-3 days a week. Realizing that I had a family that depended on me, I decided to change.
Why I Love It:
Unlike any other activity working out, makes you feel better about yourself, makes you aware of your weaknesses (both mental and psychical), teaches you patience, determination, forces you to quest for knowledge, and helps you discover your identity, which as I learned is not psychical attached to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I review my goals, check my progress charts, read up on new weight loss info, do everything I can to succeed.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping 21% bodyfat in 5 months.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
wow, ideal. I don't think any pro bodybuilder has the ideal physique, they either look monstrous or huge, never practical. I would have to say um... man I don't know on this one.

Excellent progress yourself robb,I keep reading your logs(which are the best on here by the way) and think of using some supps myself I use just whey but I feel like they are for hardcore "bodybuilders" not a fatty like me on his way down and I cant get over the mental barrier that I am part of this whole crowd now,I dont even like giving advice in the forums thinking people will say oh your just a fat noob, you have took the bull by the horns and gone for it.Best of luck bro
