Gettin' back into it. Took a few months off to let things heal (and play some golf). Feelin' good and motivated. Want some real muscle now!

Since I am a shift worker and the weather is better here in Alaska now, I am going to lift on days that I am working, and cardio on off days

Changing it up, have been lifting pretty much the same since I started. Going to try P90X, then go back to lifting for 3-6 months.
