How I Started:
I was on bedrest with my last pregnacy and gained about 45 pounds that did not come off after baby was born! I was always in shape not so much built just no extra major baggage! I got sick of feeling ugly in my cloths and got my motivation up and began watching what I ate and started back at the gym with lots of cardio and some resistance. I lost 40 pounds in about 3 months.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and I love telling people my story and how you can loose weight if you just get motivated enough. I still have work to do on my own body but I will say I feel so much better than I did when I had the extra weight on.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard because I love food and junk food is a weakness. I stay motivated by having great friends around me that have the same goal as myself. My husband also is a great help.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 40 pounds was a huge accomplishment for me. I stayed away from junk food completely and ate clean for 3 months. That did it. I wish I can get back to that level of motivation again. Don't have any bodybuilding accomplishments at this time but eventually would like to be published in Oxygen's Tomorrows Covergirl! My goal is to earn my Triple Crown for the San Diego 1/2 Marathons this year. Two down one more to go!!

Goal (Long):
I want to be proud of being in a bathing suit. I feel like I work so hard for what I have accomplished in the last two years but still don't have the results I want. I want to get my body fat down to around 18 to 20 percent. I want to gain muscle and look more defined but lean. I don't want to loose the womanly look. I want people to come up to me and say, What do you do to look like that? You look awesome!!
Why is it that I change up my routine, add a bunch more cardio, eat correct amount of calories and gain a pound! I swear! How discouraging it that. HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!
