well you are WAY ahead of me as far as body is concerned, all i know is resistance training is the key! i do it 5 days a week and cardio 3-4 days a week and am seeing best results with the weights.. so i guess thats your tip!!

im the 17th! no plans yet what to do. well now you have more time to focus on training which is a positive out of a crap situation!

yes that's all i heard when i was in hospital.. "your stomachs never gonna be the same again" we'll show them eh!! aw yeh that happens so much but getting back on track is the main thing! i find it easier to push myself to go and then theres no slippery slope to no training at all lol! especially with kids they take up your whole time so you gotta work around them. but we can do it! thanks 4 the compliment, your in great shape so there'l be no probs to you reaching your goals!x
