How I Started:
I always would have gone to the gym from I was about 14/15 but never was completely dedicated to it. I was a chubster when I started secondary school but instead of working out to lose the weight I stopped eating and lost my weight completely. Since then I have been so keen to keep my weight down but gradually I slip up and the weight rises. When I fell pregnant last year I stopped working out completely, which has had serious consequences ever saince!! Now I am just dying to get into a really good fit shape with very little body fat and nice muscles to give me a sexy feminine look. I know I can do it!
Why I Love It:
I love the buzz it gives you and the rush of adrenaline when you accomplish something new. It leaves you feeling so good about yourself and better still each session shows new results on your body. Commitment shows and so does giving up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and I'm not happy with what I see so I know I am the only person can change that and to do that I need to keep training. Also seeing changes after each session keeps me motivated as I strive for better results!

Nothing yet.. but hopefully in the future if I work hard enough.. you never know!

Goal (Long):
before becoming pregnant i was getting so happy with my body it was almost where i wanted it to be.. but then all fell apart when i was pregnant with twins i let ALL go stopped exercising due to morning sickness and fatigue and then by the time that had left me i was far too huge to be lifting or exercising! such a horrible pregnancy i want to come back from it in the best shape of my life! baby fat BE GONE! i am currently at 27% BF and want to bring that down to at least 16-18% in a year and even further after that. i know i CAN do this with a lot of determination and hard work. i aspire to be like so many of the stunning women on this site with killer bods... some day that will be ME :) i will get there and i am gonna bust some balls to get there!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
pro- there is more equipment available for each muscle group
it's easier to 'get in the zone' and not be distracted

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
look for what suits you, not that you need much the basics are enough for most people. make sure your comfortable in your surroundings that you will work your hardest. maybe look for a training partner if that motivates you more.

ok so we are at friday of week 4 of stevey p's extreme fat destruction plan.. and i have to admit i have been sooooo bad this past 2 weeks, i haven't stuck to my diet hardly at all and so far out of my 5days training i have only managed to do 4 days max... and here's me trying to preach to...
At the minute I am doing 20 minutes every morning on the rowing machine. This is great for cardio and working up a sweat. 3 nights a week i do my weight training with a bit of cardio (either a bit of boxing or jump rope) to warm up and cool down.
This workout suits me well as it doesn't take...
