How I Started:
I started working out at about 16 years old i beleive, went from about 120 pounds to 155 pounds in high school, basically all that was newbie gains, i did not know how to eat right or workout right, I did whatever i felt like doing. Thats why i have been at 155 pounds for about 6 years, i have been occasionally lifting on and off since then nothing serious. Last year on around August 2007 decided to take this serious. Consistant lifting and diet. So im going to say i began lifting on august 2007. My ultimate goal is to reach 200 pounds, at about a 10% bodyfat, that is a long away since im going to stay natural for life.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of working out, it makes me confident in all aspects of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
to see my body progress every single week.

When i first started i was 160.. i was super fat.. I cut my weight to 140 and since then have been as low as 135. Right now i am trying to work my way back up to 160 but im doing it slow so i guess you can say i am bulking but i wouldn't call it that.. i am just trying to grow!!
Thanks for the kind words. That's a very solid physique. And a great bench! Three plates is in your sights. After that.......Best of luck with all your goals, in bodybuilding, and in your life.
I appreciate your very kind words and I intend to push this old body just as far as it will go physically especially after receiving motivation from people such as yourself.
Keep strong.
You are on the right path and doing it the right way. Lean yourself down and keep leaning to the point where you have rid yourself of most of the subcutaneous fat that your body has and then start building yourself up with hard workouts and fuel up with 5 to 6 small, clean meals per day and you will be amazed at the way your body will respond.
