nice gym whats its called o and good luck with your 400lb bench goal just try to add more weight each week or month and mix some speed bench with your work out every other week it worked for me.

thanks for all the help i think ill build a stone with plaster of Paris and I will work more towards building bicep strength i already work my forearms almost every day chopping wood so i think I'm good in that part off the lift. grip,legs,biceps i will probably have to train more though. PS Ill fill you in on how the meet goes.

i got my first show coming up in September and im needing to know how much strength is required in your 1rep maxes to lift a 225lb atlas stone that's the only thing i haven't practice yet.
