Review: I only tried the sample. It worked well as far as soreness after workout, which was minimal. But it made me itch all over. It warns of some tingling right on the label and I'm not sure if I took it for longer if it would go away but the experience made me not want to continue taking it.Its a shame because I could tell after just 1 serving that it was working. My opinion to anyone is try it and if you don't have the tingling or you can tolerate it, its great. But for me i will stick with Xtend. Im giving this a good rating but will not continue to use it.

Review: Excellent. Great tasting. Used as a meal replacement drink. Thick rich consistency made me forget it was protein. I used it with water and fat free milk. Its best with milk, not quite as good with just water but it was still good. My only complaint is that it only comes in 1 little size. I went through it in 1 week. I now have it in chocolate and Im going to try it with fat free plain yogurt to make a pudding for dessert.
