I started a couple of years ago trying to get fit. I weighed 310lbs. I set aggressive goals and have come up short which discouraged me for quite a while and now I am stagnant at the same 265 I was a few months ago. Progress yes, but I want more. I want to incinerate fat and become lean and fit. I have new motivation, more information, and I am redy for this new phase in life.

Why or why not?
I want them to know what I'm doing and hopefully support me, but mainly I would like to spread the message of a healthier lifestyle.

So I'm pumped and ready to gain muscle. I have never really been afraid to gain muscle. Yes I've had a few irrational thoughts of turning into a man by pumping too much iron, but those are unfortunate regualr thoughts that we as women will have regarding our body. We have similar thoughts...
