Goal (Long):
Got fairly sick and lost weight down to 70kg, have been working out without fail from the start of april. My goal is to be, or as close to as possible, 75-80kg by January.
Reset to 75 as a more realistic goal as gains haven't come as quickly; go figure =(
I know I can achieve this with full dedication and committment.
