hey buddy , yeah long time no speak erm am not really on it, very low amounts, just trying it out, you know what i mean its really helping with training, size doesnt come quick but u sure as hell recover alot quicker

yes my studies are going well so far! or i hope they do! hehe and my comp is october 5th! so i have a long time to reach my desired goals! my goal for christmas was to reach 200lbs but i have already reached it! 5 WEEKS OUT! SO THATS REALLY GOOD!
