How I Started:
Growing up I was a skinny kid. Then one day when I was around the age of 10 or 11 I saw a Muscle and Fitness magazine in a grocery store. It had Lou Ferrigno on the cover and two beautiful ladies. I was hooked from then on.
Why I Love It:
Working out allows me to challenge myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My faith and making continuous progress keeps me coming back for more.

You will...it's a life style and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Look at Vince Taylor..he's up there, but look better than people 3 times his age. Ronnie is pushing 46 and still one of the best body builders in the world. That just lets me know...being in my late 30's I'm just hitting my prime
