How I Started:
I started to exercise seriously to help me quit smoking and gain a good level of fitness. I gradually got into lifting weights in order to build some size. I liked the results and it grew from there..
Why I Love It:
achievment, confidence, health. Theres so many +ves to weighlifting
How I Stay Motivated:
by having a critical outlook on the results I get in the gym, this drives me to improve. little things like the pumps, and of course looking good aint bad either!.
