How I Started:
I started to exercise seriously to help me quit smoking and gain a good level of fitness. I gradually got into lifting weights in order to build some size. I liked the results and it grew from there..
Why I Love It:
achievment, confidence, health. Theres so many +ves to weighlifting
How I Stay Motivated:
by having a critical outlook on the results I get in the gym, this drives me to improve. little things like the pumps, and of course looking good aint bad either!.
BB Accomplishments:
just achieving my own personal goals , ive come a long way since lifting my first plastic weight set and the thought of that is an acheivment to me

Hey everybody, got sum spare time so thought i would update my training blog.....

Following on from the back and biceps workout in my last post, i was back in the garage gym the next day to follow it up with sum leg action!,.... yeh! leg day lol. And surprise surprise i was alone for this...
