How I Started:
I started off by just wanting to lose weight using only cardio and bring weights in after losing the weight. That lasted about a month when I finally figured out that weights combined with cardio was the way to go.
Why I Love It:
After I work out, I know that I have accomplished something worthwhile. Working out has also allowed me to recover from minor knee surgery better than even the Dr. anticipated.
How I Stay Motivated:
Maintaining and improving the results I have earned and never wanting to go back to where I was, no matter how much fun I had getting there.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing nearly 40 pounds in 8 months!

Well ur chan of command is just gonna have to deal with it lol. Ya the weight standard is completely different from when I first joined my max used to be 128lbs now its 150lbs! lol
hmmm well weight doesnt really matter it's all about inches...so have you noticed ur pants are loose? lol cause u may have gained muscle but lost inches

Ya this week I'm getting back in2 it hehe. Thats good ur getting back in2 a groove once you do that u just keep going and getting better from there! :)
O to bad u have 2 work :(... my trainig was non existant this week lol and the diet was the typical bad holdaiy food diet. I also got the flu so I was sick for 2 days. O well MOnday I will get back into it
Ohhhh, I'm not unmotivated. I'm still goin' strong. I just prefer working out w/ a partner so i have someone to goof around with. Kitchen tour will be up soon, ma'dear :)
