I had high blood pressure readings and I needed to lose some weight so I wouldnt have to be out on meds. I also for myself wanted to change my appearence. I was tired of my gut and just being big and uncomfortable.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and it has become a lifestyle for me....not obsessed with it but am dedicated. I enjoy working out and seeing my results. The compliments are nice too....lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep myself surrounded by positive, goal oriented individuals with the same goals as me and who I look up to and learn from. Also reading mags.
BB Accomplishments:
Not competing but, I've lost 50lbs over a year and went from a 42 waist to a 34.

240lbs, need to work on traps and back...those lower rolls...ughhh.
I've been on a long stretch at work so training (diet, too) have sucked. I gotta prepare for this Friday though. We have a tug-of-war against the Canadian fire fighters.
I've been takin lipo 6 and increasing my cardio. I can see a difference in my progress pics. When I lose 10 more pounds I am going to bulk back up. What is your goal?
past two days i've done extra cardio with the wife. today i did tri's and back. felt real good. gonna take tomorrow off and then back at it with hamstrings and calves on monday
Sitting here feeling the chest workout bro...Want to see how big I can be by October for the opening of my new Men's Department Store, and at 40 I want to look and feel great.
