starting new diet :)
WITH CARBS :D!
1800 calories as starters doing a 60C-30P-10F
every 2-3 weeks bumping up 500 or so calories!
clean bulking till most likely february and giving myself time to cut longer instead of what happened this time around, with only a 2 month cut which dropped 16 pounds but upped strength :D!
