I started running track in 7th grade. After the season was over I loved how fit I felt because I had never been so in shape. Started eating clean and continued to exercise. I went to conditioning classes at martial arts and would do 30 minutes of push ups and dips about 5 times a week. Continued track in 8th grade and also ran cross country and track in 9th grade. I also started P90X in December with my dad. He has lost almost 40 pounds and I have have gotten a lot stronger.
Why I Love It:
Love feeling energized, athletic, fit, and having muscles.
How I Stay Motivated:
By wanting to keep improving by getter stronger and faster.
Reason: Great whey protein formula, love the results. However can be expensive.

I am currently doing the P90X fitnesss program. I workout in the mornings before school, and after school I have track practice. I also go to karate classes when I am available.
you know, the differences between all those products varies greatly; absorption time, transport mechanism, breakdown, etc. however, if you're just starting out, don't scratch your head raw trying to decide. just with a micronized creatine monohydrate. in all honesty, all the other junk only matters for the big boys trying to add that extra pound.
thanks for the add. first question... do you have more pics? i would like to take a look at what your body looks like before making any type of exercise suggestions. also, do any sports? one quick suggestion i could make, though, is EAT!!!! Then, after you've done eating, eat again. if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
