I always wanted to get on a solid weightlifting program but never had the time. I wanted to get on an exercise program to not only stay healthy, but also to get myself physically fit! In March, 2007, I purchased a PowerTec Gym and I love it!
I've always tinkered with working out but never really got into a routine.
Why I Love It:
My workout routine has become more of a habit than something that I 'have to do'.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm seeing tremendous results!
BB Accomplishments:
I'm 43, 5'-11". When I started working out steadily in March I weighed 140 lbs., yea, skinny! Now, one year later, I'm 162 .lbs.
