from everything i have read your body will burn fat first then after like 25 min it starts burning muscle so the protein gets pumped into your muscles while you burn fat
I like to do it in the morning before breakfast it burns more calorys. I usually drink a 20 gram protein shake right before it. I read somewhere that helps keep muscle and helps burn fat.
