How I Started:
I somehow picked up running and when it got cold out i got a membership to a gym and started running on the treadmill everyday...i then ventured onto the "other" side of the gym
Why I Love It:
IT'S an ADDICTION..and my stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
As I see my body change, I am always looking to see how far I can push myself, and strive to meet new challenges.
BB Accomplishments:
Ha. Using the same weight for skull crushers then some guys at my gym.

to decrease bf% and increase overall muscle. This fall i plan on running my first full marathon after placing in the top 25% of females overall in my first 1/2 marathon. Compete.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i like to keep moving in the gym to keep my heart rate up, however my gym partner likes to "nap" between sets and it drives me nuts, he's getting much better tho lol
