I somehow picked up running and when it got cold out i got a membership to a gym and started running on the treadmill everyday...i then ventured onto the "other" side of the gym
Why I Love It:
IT'S an ADDICTION..and my stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
As I see my body change, I am always looking to see how far I can push myself, and strive to meet new challenges.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i like to keep moving in the gym to keep my heart rate up, however my gym partner likes to "nap" between sets and it drives me nuts, he's getting much better tho lol

Def i will take a loook and see, you look amazing and truly inspiring! i hate cardio and dispise running but i do it anyway :):) its sorta relaxing ya know??? cant wait to see the pics :)
nice good outlook on it! its good that cardio is addictive, rather than cheetos hahaha. If you ever want some help with some tips for those muscles, let me know. you look amazing btw!
