hey mate, when i first started out i did a basic workout. It consisted of shoulder press, bicep curls, overhead tricep press and one arm lat row and then sit ups and push ups. I did all this with just a set on dumbells but if you have access to a gym i would suggest a main exercise per bodypart and a alternative one. I started out three times a week on mon wed fri and worked it up to four a week. mon wed fri sat. Any specific questions just ask me and i'll be happy to answer them! cheers mate
