I enlisted in the Marines in 1992 and have been working out in some form or fashion ever since. Up until 2003 I trained mostly for endurance running, but the last 3 years I have spent trying to gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel so good in mind, body and spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivivated by always trying to be better and fight the numbers game of aging. I believe you can do anything you set your mind to.
BB Accomplishments:
No major bodybuilding accomplishments really. I have put on 20 pounds of muscle since I started lifting, but I have been at a stand still for a while now. In the past I have run 4 marathons and numerous half and 10k races.
Complete 8 week cycle of GVT (German Volume Training).
Goal (Long):
Totally recover from shoulder impingement/bursitis through stretching and training.
Once the shoulder is back to 100%, I want to really concentrate on all my weak areas. Biceps, lats, upper chest.
Weight Goal:
Bodyfat Goal:

THe club is also sponours couple of big events like ADCC and the Ramadan tournoment which grad prize could reach like about $3,000 which is pretty good. There is also this vaccum thingy which they claim to reduce you waist by 1 inch after 45 min of using it.

My gym is pretty swell with technology like the training program is kept in a special key so you could see how what you have next and how much you have done too. I think it name is mywellness thing.
