Find your motivation. Make tangible goals. The scale is NOT a god...use other measures of accomplishments. Dont give up...doesnt matter where you used to be, good or bad, each step in the right direct...more

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My kids think Mom is the coolest now! Having little boys, being physically active is the best way to interact with them..and it's a LOT more fun than video games and TV!
