Sorta. I've never been like "i'm on a diet!" or anything like that. But living in a small community, everyone seems to know what i've been doing, and it's incredible accountability when you cant even go grocery shopping without someone going "how much have you lost so far?" :)Sorta. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Find your motivation. Make tangible goals. The scale is NOT a god...use other measures of accomplishments. Dont give up...doesnt matter where you used to be, good or bad, each step in the right direction is an accomplishment. Each good decision is an accomplishment!Find your motivation. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My kids think Mom is the coolest now! Having little boys, being physically active is the best way to interact with them..and it's a LOT more fun than video games and TV!
