Reason: LOVE this Protein.... I make protein pudding with either 1 scoop or two scoops add a little water, and yummy! sometime I will add 1 Tablespoon of all Natural Peanut Butter, and mix well, and WOW! You think you are eating a cheat meal!

Reason: I use this for "Protein Pancakes" -
1 scoop UMP
4 egg whites
.5 cup "cooked" oatmeal (NOT .5 cup dry oats)!!! a tiny bit of oats, and a lil water, put in microwave for 1 minute, then mix with UMP and egg whites = Makes 4 huge waffles!! Add spray butter and splenda, this is SOOOO YUMMMY!!!!!!
300 calories, 40 Protein, 15 carbs!!!!!!
