Not a great shot, but it is really all I have. This is 7.5 mos after delivery. Still held onto about 15 extra lbs while breastfeeding. Not working out hardcore yet and not much of a clean diet.

my chicken legs need a lot of work. I have been working them 2 days a week for a few months and cut back on cardio, believe it or not...this is progress
