Started in HS and college just trying to maintain a level of fitness to play various sports, no real developmental goals existed.
Why I Love It:
I love my own personal "me" time. Running is a huge stress reliever for me. I am trapped behind a desk all day. If I wasn't able to work out and run, I am sure I would waste away.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am doing the best that I can to live a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. Not to mention having to wear a bikini every summer!
