so basically i need to get in shape for basic training for the air force and soon. I am good at running already so all i need is some muscle and i will be set to make it out on tops. I just need some advice or help, i have no money and i already eat alot and dont gain weight. What i really need...
well no time like the present to get back into right? you are very lean now u just need some mass which might be a little hard for your age and if your body type burn up alot of carbs. so u training now?

Hey bro.. I seen you added me a while ago. I've been in basic/AIT so I haven't had internet access much. Your in the Air Force? Where you stationed. I just got to Germany 2 weeks ago with the Army.
i know what you mean man. i use to eat everything under the sun and still get any gains. not till i upped having no less than 4 meals a day. and never skipping breakfast. once i made those changes the pounds have just kept coming. it will also get easier with age too.
