I've been doing well. This past weekend I had to buy new clothes. I've lost 14% body fat and 3 pant sizes. Almost finished with my first 90 days. Since summer started, I've had to skip some days. (yard work) But all in all, it's been great. Going to start the lean program next. Good luck on your next mini marathon.
