I was a gymnast since the age of three at 14 I started going with my dad to the local gym where I began lifting. At the age of 18 I started working at the gym. I received a degree in ex phys and now hold 5 certifications and my next goal is to get my nutrition certification.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because I love the way it makes me feel. I have always been quit strong and went up againist the "boys" my whole life. I also like biking and running and all outdoor activities. I also love the dedication that goes into meal planning and workout planning.
How I Stay Motivated:
For me motivation is internal I have always had a lot of energy. I really dont have to push myself to workout it a given that it will happen daily. Some people wonder how I spend 14 hours in a gym everyday wheather it be training clients or myself.. but for me its easy I basically grew up in a gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not competed. I have completed several long distance bike rides and two marathons.
I saw in your link that a Mark Campana works with you? Did he compete recently. or are you close to Strongsville Ohio? That name is TOO familiar. It's getting late plus I have been dieting lately It could be carb depletion. Any way Nice gun you got there. Good luck with the business!
thanks for the comment, its been good to be back at it. I decided this weekend that with the help of one of my buddies who works at the gym on base, i am gonna TRY to cut down to about 170.......then clean bulk up to around 180
i will have to try that out......i bring protien powder to work, for after my workouts....i've got cytosport vanilla flavored, it dissolves really good.....and tastes AWESOME with water.
