Slowly resuming weight training eventually, but still tough on the neck so back stuff is minimal.

On the flip side I'm getting my cardio back up to normal so its not all bad

that's rough man. nothing wrong with giving the body some rest time. doing all that cardio you can eat big! dislocated left elbow doing heavy barbell shrugs. couldn't curl anything for almost 2mos. finally doing some and getting strengh back. be good bro!

Doin good man! I used to live in Dublin a few years back. Worked in the IFSC, and used the gym in Clarion, nice place. However it was all in vain - I drank too much and worked out too little! Good luck with the goals!

I just go for an uphill run in the mornings with a mate, kinda stop start cardio. A HELLUVA lot less boring and torturous than the stationary bike/treadmill, but works the lungs even harder. I'm lucky to have a place to do it though...
