1 month before i started, i had just finished a summer of fittness and i think i look anerexic. I was about 9.5 stone/ 133 lbs, 5 8"
a week after i lost 2 lbs, at 164. hope to gain 8 lbs during the summer, compare it soon...
Really want to gain weight and muscle to compete better in contact. optimum weight sould be about 170 pounds. Im doing everything to reach 12 stone lean (ish) by the end of summer.
yea belts are good for a heavy sets imo, like i probley wouldnt were a belt if i went below 130kg my 1rm is about 150kg so that gives an indication to how much i use them, same with deads my 1rm is about 190kg and i would start wearing it bout the 160kg mark, but yea there great tool very important kit imo but its easy to get carried away with them

na man ive been shredded for aegis so ive had my dose of pussy, ( you know how the chiks go crazy for 12 inch arms and ripped abs in the uk haha) ill do a mini cut becasue going over 18% bf isnt ideal. then ill carry on bulking.
i dont play rugby, just footie and cricket, rugby sucks ;)
i want to be 200 by this time next year which is when ill start cutting
man, id love to race ya but im doing a mini cut for 4 weeks over summer so wud be kinda stupid, im sure you can achieve your goals, im not to far from brentwood and have played crickert against them loads of times. wats your lifts?
