Gah thickness has suffered since no deads from january, really dissapoint, but width is ok. Mayhap right is bigger. Taken in gime a little while after 70 kg x 10 db row pr. **** lighting.

Goal (Long):
Become as strong/big/fast as i can possibly be. specificaly 180-190 lbs at 10% bf before im 18 would be an awesome achievement for me, as well as a high lift to body weight ratio.
Yeah pretty good, getting steady strength gains. Had a stall on overhead press and bench press as expected but not letting it get to me at all. Just keeping at it at the moment.

wouldnt say it has made me faster or slower. i can definitely compete alot more in rucks and mauls etc im going to try and get to 200lbs which is good weight for a flanker. what are ur aims?
yea belts are good for a heavy sets imo, like i probley wouldnt were a belt if i went below 130kg my 1rm is about 150kg so that gives an indication to how much i use them, same with deads my 1rm is about 190kg and i would start wearing it bout the 160kg mark, but yea there great tool very important kit imo but its easy to get carried away with them

na man ive been shredded for aegis so ive had my dose of pussy, ( you know how the chiks go crazy for 12 inch arms and ripped abs in the uk haha) ill do a mini cut becasue going over 18% bf isnt ideal. then ill carry on bulking.
i dont play rugby, just footie and cricket, rugby sucks ;)
