Alright summer is nearly here and its time to get real diced and cut up. I'll be lifting 6 days a week and doing HIIT cardio 2 times a wk.

Here's how it goes:

Friday/Monday:Chest and Back + HIIT (Friday)
Back:
4 Wide grip T-bar rows

4 Narrow grip T-bar rows

4 Narrow reverse grip...

I have been training almost 2 years now - I see you haven't read the article :P lol! I started as a way to help get over the heartache when my ex dumped me - the abs were the first to come in - in 6 weeks - I put up a video to help others, and it took on a life of it's own, lol

I like to be easy going with friends, but somehow I knew you'd want to get my name right from the start, so I mentioned it :) Thanks for the explanation, and the encouragement on competing - I haven't ever been in a comp -I didn't think the physique was stage ready - I know it is expensive to do so - I'm working very hard though on my training - these pic's were a 'surprise' for me on what a difference since the last set. Have you competed?
